SASTANCI

Meetings can be a perfect tool for collecting ideas and opinions as well as managing groups of employees. However, efficiency can fall rapidly if meetings are not well prepared in advance, effectively managed and if agreed decisions are not realized in a qualitative manner and by the dates agreed.


Creation of meeting types (templates)

The application enables you to prepare in advance basic data for periodic meetings, such as meeting title, leader, deputy leader, executive secretary, members, purpose, location, frequency, method of leading and reporting, minutes recipients. These data are stored in the form of a template chosen when preparing concrete minutes of the meeting with the above mentioned data automatically inserted.



Creation of an invitation

When preparing a new invitation for a meeting, a meeting type (template) should be chosen first with specific data already automatically inserted. These data can be edited or new data can be added. In preparing an invitation, an agenda is determined and it is marked which item refers to the discussion on the decisions of previous meetings. When writing minutes, all unconfirmed (unrealized) decisions of previous meetings are displayed automatically under the item. Once an invitation is prepared, it is submitted to a meeting leader for approval. After approval, it becomes visible to all persons invited to attend a meeting, who also receive an e-mail notification of the invitation.



Review of conclusions

There are two areas of reviewing conclusions: All Conclusions and My Conclusions. All Conclusions are conclusions from all meetings for which minutes have been received. My Conclusions are all conclusions for which I am appointed as a responsible person or holder of an activity.



Reporting on the realization of conclusions

In the My Conclusions area, work reports can be added or edited in unconfirmed conclusions. You can also enter a work title, detailed work description, realization percentage, time spent and sources, and attach a work results file in any format.
